Hey, I’m Tyler!

I’m super excited to meet you and help you start and grow your business. That’s what Epic Arches is all about - you making your dream become a reality.

Helping you live out your dream is super important to me, because it’s what we’ve done with my family business - The Oxford Group Investments. We started a business to provide our family with time freedom and financial freedom, so that we can give back and serve in ways that align with our gifts, talents, and passions. For me, that’s helping you do the same thing! While I still serve as the CFO for Oxford, I’m able to live a flexible life so that I can help people like you do the same thing.

I can’t wait to talk to you and become friends!

Intersection of Three Careers

So, How Did I Get Here?

The short version of a much longer story is that Epic Arches represents the intersection of three distinct passions I discovered through three different career paths: Youth Ministry, Small Business, and Higher Education.

Youth Ministry

As early as middle school, I remember wanting to be a Youth Pastor and believing that would be my life’s work. I served in student leadership positions, interned with a youth group, and pursued my undergraduate degree in Youth Ministry. Eventually, I became an Interim Youth Pastor, only to realize that the full scope of the role wasn’t for me. Still, this experience revealed how much I value investing in people and truly “getting in the weeds” of life with them.

Small Business

Soon after leaving Youth Ministry, I started working at a small printing company in my hometown. With only about five employees, I gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the business—partly out of necessity, partly because I was eager to learn. That’s when I realized I loved the entrepreneurial spirit and decided to switch my undergraduate major to business. This journey showed me the power of small businesses and sparked a desire to help others grow and thrive.

Higher Education

One week after finishing my business degree, I began working in Higher Education. It felt like the perfect fusion of my earlier passions: I could engage in relational ministry while applying practical business principles. Eventually, I became the Assistant Dean of Students, overseeing student organizations, leadership retreats, trainings, career services, and new student orientations. During this time, I developed systems and processes to support student growth and success, igniting a new passion—helping people discover their gifts, talents, and passions.

Today, Epic Arches merges these three core passions:

  1. The people-focused mindset from Youth Ministry
  2. The entrepreneurial drive inspired by Small Business
  3. The educational leadership honed in Higher Education

I partner with clients to build and grow their businesses based on their unique dreams, gifts, and passions—offering services like Business Formation, Business Coaching, Remote Bookkeeping, and more. If you’re ready to take your venture to the next level, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
